| Just Linda - Branding |
[21 Feb 2006|05:44pm] |
Wild fuckin' ideas keep popping into my little messed-up head these days: Wanted to play with fetish and concept of advertising branding, put the two together and we ended up with these...

Again, bigger and 2 more on the Frei Korpa site...
This was also the first 3D composite, and easy but fun start. The branding iron is not real, created in 3D software and then rendered to fit the image size and angle.

Wanting to do classic art nudes for quite some time, it's really a way to relax for me, just play with soft light to express beautiful curves on a beautiful woman. Along comes Veronique, very comfortable, very beautiful on the outside as well as on the inside.
After a period of having her laying on a dolly and watching me fight with all kinds of lights and power cords... don't know if this amused her or frustrated but she hid it well. Using just soft spots with 30 degree focus I managed to get something I liked. Hope you enjoy, et voila...

Here is a composition that's a little hard to show on a web page, the idea was that the 3 prints (center one not shown) are 17 inches high which makes for something like 10 foot long display on the wall, images are torn that the edges (not cut) and all are pasted onto a matt black board. Still working at completing...

Bigger ones in my gallery.

We were hell bound for the retro trashy look on this weekends shoot. Here is one sample that might still need some editing so don't consider final yet...

More can be had at the website and in LiveJournal gallery.

Well, now officially moved in for the last two weeks but this weekend moved all the rest of the f&*ing junk. Ok, pics of the new place:

I somewhat miss the old place, everything was where it was supposed to be, but I have know I have to move on. Starting all over is fun sometimes.

| KA-BOOOOM! |
[19 Jun 2005|07:03pm] |
First fireworks of the year and Australia kicked it off. Missed part so I can't really comment, just heard that not all the fireworks reached high enough, some fireworks were accidentally pointed downwards... He! Just kidding. I'll try to be more fireworks proactive next time, get out there, fight the crowds, and dig trenches...
